چکیده

Background: Natural substances that were initially obtained from plants once regarded as a beneficial source of possible medicinal agents and recognized crucial in the development human diseases. The current study sought to determine whether hydroalcoholic extracts Garcinia cambogia plant fruits included any bioactive substances. Materials Methods: collected, shade-dried, ground into fine powder, then extracted using Soxhlet extractors organic solvents. After that, examined for presence phytochemicals GC-MS/HPTLC, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial techniques. According GC-MS studies, G. contained 25 components. Results: secondary metabolites identified plant, discovered by GCMS/HPTLC, are what give their powerful qualities. results antimicrobial activity demonstrated outstanding antioxidant anti-inflammatory properties well effective dose-dependent inhibitory against all tested species. Conclusion: provided early data on components present fruit extracts, which have antimicrobial, action, could provide significant platform pharmaceutical companies create different species-based medications.
